WE PROCESS ORDERS BETWEEN MONDAY AND FRIDAY

Orders are processed within 2 business days of being placed and are shipped the next business day after processing. Please note that we do not ship orders on weekends.

If you do not receive a response from our Customer Service team within an extended period (24 hours on weekdays, 48 hours on weekends), please check your email Spam or Junk folder. Our messages may have been incorrectly filtered by your email provider.

Delays may also occur due to customs clearance procedures. Your local customs office may require additional documentation or time to release your package, which could affect the estimated delivery time.

Your order may be delivered by your local postal service or a courier. In many areas, orders are delivered through regular postal service and may arrive with your standard mail delivery. If you are not available at the time of delivery, a notice may be left with instructions on how to collect your package.
