Return & Refund
WARRANTY & RETURNS POLICY
Ahavah offers a 12-month warranty (from the date you receive the product), covering clear defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, negligence, misuse, or improper care.
Products purchased from https://www.ahavahgift.com/ may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. If a product does not meet these conditions, we reserve the right to deny the return if deemed appropriate.
If you would like to initiate a return, please email us at ahavah@gmail.com. Contacting us first allows us to determine whether there is a solution before returning the item (for example, explaining a feature you may not have been aware of) or to provide you with a return shipping label if applicable.
We do not require an RMA number; however, you must contact us to initiate the return process. Please do not contact any retail locations, as they operate separately from the warehouse and cannot issue return labels or process returns.
Who Pays for Return Shipping?
-
If an item is damaged during transit or arrives defective, Ahavah will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
-
If you are returning an item for any other reason, you are responsible for ensuring the item is returned safely. For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.
In accordance with PCI compliance standards, refunds will only be issued to the original credit card used to place the order. If you no longer have access to the original payment method, the refund amount will be issued as store credit to the customer account used for the purchase.
We will process your return request within 48 hours of receiving your email.
Approved refunds will be issued through the original payment method within 7–15 business days after approval, depending on your financial institution.
