Lately, I’ve realized how easy it is to slowly drift without even noticing.
Over the past few days, God has been gently showing me that I’ve allowed the people and environment around me to influence my heart more than I realized.
And that scares me—not because I’m afraid of making a mistake, but because I don’t want my choices to take me further from Him.
Yet even in this, I’m grateful.
Some environments reveal things we could not see before. Some relationships teach us who we can walk closely with—and where we need wisdom and boundaries.
Thank You for protecting me.
Thank You for leading me.
Thank You for reminding me, again and again, when my heart begins to drift.
Maybe some places are simply not where I am meant to remain.
So today, my prayer is simple:
Lord, help me to be innocent about what is evil and wise about what is good. Above all else, help me guard my heart, because everything I do flows from it.
