Are you surrounded by non-believers? How do you handle it?

A: Yes, very much so. In my workplace, there are about 100 people, and as far as I know, I’m currently the only Christian—maybe one more who’s somewhat exploring faith.

Honestly, it can be quite challenging. The environment is very secular, with a lot of gossip, complaining, and dishonesty, and I often feel the tension of trying to stay grounded in my beliefs.

What helps me is staying in constant prayer. I pray for my colleagues daily, and even before I speak or respond in conversations, I quietly ask God to guard my heart and help me remain pure in this environment.

I’ve also placed Scripture around my desk as a reminder, so throughout the day I can refocus on God’s truth.

It’s not easy, but I’m learning to walk it out one day at a time.
